She understands her customers' needs and goes over and above to make sure their marketing efforts are successful. It's because of her close ties with her customers and ability to meet expectations that she has forged lasting, long-term relationships with many of them.

Jolan has two years working with a daily print newspaper and 14 years in customer service. She enjoys meeting deadlines while providing a helpful and friendly customer service experience.

Teresa is the managing editor of Lawn & Garden Retailer, an avid gardener, and an emerging plant nerd. She has a bachelor’s degree in English and journalism and has spent more than 20 years in B2B publishing. Her passion for the garden center market is expressed through the pages of the magazine and online, where she loves the friendly and collaborative ideas and information that are freely and generously shared.

Ali has 5 plus years of experience as a Graphic Designer and has been working at Great American Media Services since the fall of 2016. She currently is the Creative Director and also the lead designer on Gift Shop Plus and Lawn & Garden Retailer. Ali enjoys the world of creative problem solving and has a passion for bringing ideas to life through graphic design.

Becky is an audience insight expert, having working in audience development for more than 13 years. She has a vast amount of experience with the various audiences across print and digital platforms. Becky and her team dig into our entire data platform and, based on the client’s needs, provide them with a target audience for the best performance possible.

Kim has 20+ years of experience in journalism and marketing. With degrees in journalism and anthropology and a master's degree in integrated marketing communications, she believes in the power of storytelling and information to create connections and bring people together. Her specialty is in combining data and heart to build a compelling brand story, and she loves working with clients to set a unique marketing strategy to drive their businesses forward.
